- 12 Archer Farms® artisan baguette slices, cut on the diagonal
- 1/4 pound Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 cup dried whole apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup Archer Farms almonds, chopped
- Set oven control to broil. Place baguette slices on broiler pan.
- Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 4 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
- Spread each baguette slice with gorgonzola. Top with apricots and nuts.
