Apricot and Gorgonzola Bruschetta Recipe

  • 12 Archer Farms® artisan baguette slices, cut on the diagonal
  • 1/4 pound Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup dried whole apricots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Archer Farms almonds, chopped
  1. Set oven control to broil. Place baguette slices on broiler pan.
  2. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 4 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
  3. Spread each baguette slice with gorgonzola. Top with apricots and nuts.
