- 1 1/2 cups sliced apples
- 1 1/2 cups sliced bananas
- 6 peeled and chopped kiwis
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries
- 1/2 cup low fat cream cheese
- 6 packets SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener with Fiber
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup nonfat Greek style yogurt
- Set the sliced fruit aside
- Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Serve with apples, bananas, kiwis and strawberries.
