- 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges
- 4 sprigs mint
- 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- Ice cubes
- 2 ounces Applejack
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon wedges with 3 sprigs mint and the sugar. Add ice cubes to fill the shaker and pour in the Applejack. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with the remaining mint sprig.
