- 2/3 cup white wine
 - 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
 - 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
 - 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
 - 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
- Whisk together the white wine, olive oil, lemon juice, cider vinegar, basil, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Marinade chicken in mixture 8 hours or overnight.
