- 1 (15 ounce) can diced beets, drained
- 2 apples – peeled, cored and chopped
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cup creamy salad dressing, e.g. Miracle Whip ™
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the beets, apples, walnuts and salad dressing. Mix together and chill before serving.
