Almond dipping sauce with pitta bread fingers Recipe

  • 3 tbsp almond butter, from a jar
  • ½ lemon, juice only
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 wholemeal pitta breads, toasted, to serve
  1. Place the almond butter, lemon juice and oil into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Cut the pitta bread into fingers and serve with the almond dipping sauce.
