Almond Chicken Salad with Smokehouse Pepper Recipe

  • 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Smokehouse Ground Black Pepper
  1. Mix chicken, almonds, dried cranberries, celery and green onion in large bowl.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Smokehouse Pepper in small bowl. Add to chicken mixture; mix well. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
