Almond Butter Sauce Recipe

  • 4 tablespoons Lucerne® Sweet Cream Butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  1. In a 10- to 12-inch frying pan over medium-high heat, melt butter. When butter foams, add almonds and stir until nuts begin to brown.
  2. Remove nuts from heat and stir in lemon juice. Serve immediately over baked or steamed fish.
