Almond Beef Stir-Fry Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice, uncooked
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3/4 pound sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups stir-fry vegetables, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup slivered almonds
  1. Cook the rice. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok. Add the sliced sirloin and stir-fry over medium-high heat. Add the vegetables, soy sauce, and almonds; stir and cook for 5 minutes. Serve over the rice.
