All Seasons Marinade Recipe

  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Use as a marinade of beef, pork, chicken or shrimp.
