A Healthier Mochaccino Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons double-strength brewed coffee, or more to taste
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana, frozen and chunked
  • 1 tablespoon raw sunflower seed kernels
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate-flavored protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  1. Pour coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze until completely frozen, 6 hours to overnight.
  2. Blend 2 coffee ice cubes, banana, sunflower seed kernels, protein powder, almonds, and cocoa together in a blender until smooth.
