- 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ organic penne rigate
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) can Market Pantry™ diced chiles
- 1 (8 ounce) package sliced button mushrooms
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Market Pantry™ stewed tomatoes
- 1 (25.5 ounce) jar Archer Farms™ organic Burgundy marinara
- 1 (8 ounce) package Market Pantry™ shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ grated Parmesan cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook penne rigate according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in large skillet, brown ground beef with onions; drain.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; add chiles, mushrooms, stewed tomatoes and marinara. Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spray 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add cooked pasta. Pour meat sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
